NOTICE OF NOMINATION PROCEEDINGS
PURSUANT TO THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT ACT
NOTICE
Public notice is hereby given to the electors of the Rural Municipality of North Wiltshire that a Municipal By-Election will be held on Monday, March 15, 2021 to elect one councilor for the Rural Municipality of North Wiltshire for the term of office ending on December 6th, 2022.
The nomination period for the councilor position commences on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 and closes at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 26, 2021
Nominations shall only be received during office hours at the election office, located at 19388 Route 2, Greenvale, PE.
The election office hours shall be February 17, 19, 24 and 26th from 9 am – 2pm:
The deadline for correcting elector information shall be no later than 11:59 a.m. on Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021.
